font-family: Footlight mt; font-size: large;\"><strong>Modalit\u00e0 di versamento dei contributi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1762439696766{margin-top: 2% !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: footlight mt; font-size: large;\">A decorrere dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 1987, l\u2019Istituto Centrale versa direttamente all\u2019INPS i contributi pensionistici per i sacerdoti che sono nel Sistema del Sostentamento del Clero (compresi i sacerdoti Fidei Donum, dal 1\u00b0 marzo 1996).<br \/>\nI sacerdoti secolari che non sono inseriti nel Sistema di Sostentamento del Clero, devono provvedere a versare personalmente i contributi obbligatori a loro carico. La responsabilit\u00e0 del versamento \u00e8 in capo al sacerdote che, in quanto iscritto all\u2019INPS, potr\u00e0 essere chiamato ai versamenti obbligatori qualora mancanti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: footlight mt; font-size: large;\">L\u2019iscrizione obbligatoria al Fondo Clero INPS ha inizio dalla data dell\u2019ordinazione sacerdotale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: footlight mt; font-size: large;\">L\u2019iscrizione obbligatoria cessa:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: footlight mt; font-size: large;\">dalla data di decorrenza della pensione;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: footlight mt; font-size: large;\">dal venir meno dei requisiti necessari per l\u2019iscrizione (residenza in Italia);<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: footlight mt; font-size: large;\">dalla data di cessazione, anche di fatto, del ministero presbiterale certificata dalla competente autorit\u00e0 ecclesiastica.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: footlight mt;
