TESSERA SANITARIA – ASL<\/h5>\n

Tutti i Sacerdoti stranieri<\/strong> iscritti<\/strong> al Sostentamento del Clero possono richiedere alle ASL di competenza,\u00a0 il rilascio a titolo gratuito della tessera sanitaria.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’iscrizione deve essere comprovata dagli Istituti diocesani del sostentamento del Clero; a tal riguardo il sacerdote pu\u00f2 richiedere l’attestazione di iscrizione inviando un’email al seguente indirizzo:<\/span><\/p>\n

sacerdoti@sostentamentocleroroma.it<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

indicando: nome, cognome, luogo e data di nascita e indirizzo di residenza.<\/span><\/p>\n

La sezione Sacerdoti dell’I.I.S.C. elaborer\u00e0 la richiesta, ed una volta completata, la lettera dovr\u00e0 essere consegnata dal Sacerdote alla ASL di competenza, unitamente al testo normativo della Regione Lazio scaricabile qui di seguito:<\/span><\/p>\n
