SERVIZI DI ASSISTENZA FISCALE<\/h5>\n

Possono ricorrere all’assistenza fiscale i sacerdoti che abbiano conseguito redditi imponibili (stipendi o pensioni da altri enti erogatori) oltre a quello dell\u2019Istituto Centrale Sostentamento Clero (I.C.S.C.), tramite Certificazione Unica (Mod. CU) e che siano ancora inseriti nel sistema di Sostentamento o in quello di Previdenza Integrativa Autonoma (P.I.A.) al momento in cui dovranno consegnare la dichiarazione fiscale (Mod. 730).<\/span><\/p>\n

Sulla base dei dati forniti dal Sacerdote, riportati nel modello 730, l’Istituto Centrale provveder\u00e0 a calcolare, nei termini di legge, l\u2019imposta dovuta o il credito spettante a rimborso, procedendo con il conseguente addebito o accredito sulla integrazione mensile maturata, effettuando anche gli addebiti per gli acconti eventualmente dovuti alle relative scadenze.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’assistenza non riguarda la compilazione della dichiarazione dei redditi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il Modello 730 dovr\u00e0 essere acquistato e compilato in tutte le sue parti da ciascun sacerdote sotto la propria responsabilit\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n

I Sacerdoti che intendono avvalersi per la prima volta dell\u2019assistenza da parte dell’Istituto Centrale, dovranno compilare e firmare il modulo di richiesta (qui di seguito scaricabile) e consegnarlo o inviarlo via mail al nostro Istituto entro il 16 febbraio di ogni anno<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

I Sacerdoti che si sono gi\u00e0 avvalsi dell\u2019assistenza da parte dell\u2019I.C.S.C. non devono presentare alcun modulo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sar\u00e0 compito dei Sacerdoti interessati consegnare il Mod. 730 e la busta (730\/1) per la scelta della destinazione dell\u2019otto e del cinque per mille dell\u2019IRPEF entro il 30 aprile<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il ricorso all’assistenza fiscale dell’Istituto Centrale \u00e8 facoltativo; i sacerdoti sono quindi assolutamente liberi di continuare a provvedere autonomamente all’obbligo della presentazione della dichiarazione dei redditi.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
