From ad quam<\/em> Bishop: <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

  • A letter from ad quam<\/em> Bishop to His Holiness General Vicar for Rome\u2019s Diocese, indicating the maximum duration of the courses and the selected University. The letter must be countersigned by the sending country\u2019s Apostolic Nuncio<\/u>;<\/li>\n
  • Ad quam <\/em>Bishop\u2019s statements signed and stamped:<\/li>\n
  • A) The Presbyter\u2019s curriculum vitae <\/em>(CV);<\/li>\n
  • B) Celebret <\/em>(granting of skills);<\/li>\n
  • C) Good conduct certificate (see forms to download 1\u00b0).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    From the Presbyter student: <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Certificate of enrollment or pre-enrollment at the University;<\/li>\n
    • Valid passport;<\/li>\n
    • Code number and Italian health card (C.F.);<\/li>\n
    • Valid residence permit (alternatively the payed list and the police headquarters\u2019 appointment for collecting it);<\/li>\n
    • Self-certification (see forms to download 2\u00b0).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      From the Parish Priest: <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

      • Welcoming letter with the Presbyter\u2019s date of arrival in the Parish;<\/li>\n
      • Pastoral commitments and tasks (see forms to download 3\u00b0).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

        Documents for extending I.E.C. Agreement (Convenzione C.E.I.) for Pastoral service in Italy of diocesan Presbyters students coming from mission territories<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>
