- A letter from ad quam Bishop to His Holiness General Vicar for Rome’s Diocese, indicating the maximum duration of the courses and the selected University. The letter must be countersigned by the sending country’s Apostolic Nuncio;
- Ad quam Bishop’s statements signed and stamped:
- A) The Presbyter’s curriculum vitae (CV);
- B) Celebret (granting of skills);
- C) Good conduct certificate (see forms to download 1°).
From the Presbyter student:
- Certificate of enrollment or pre-enrollment at the University;
- Valid passport;
- Code number and Italian health card (C.F.);
- Valid residence permit (alternatively the payed list and the police headquarters’ appointment for collecting it);
- Self-certification (see forms to download 2°).
From the Parish Priest:
- Welcoming letter with the Presbyter’s date of arrival in the Parish;
- Pastoral commitments and tasks (see forms to download 3°).
